DUI
Steven H- I am a truck driver by trade. I made a mistake and was stopped for a DUI. The cops said my blood alcohol was .131, which is way over the limit. Steve disagreed and we went to trial. I will never forget the jury foreman when he said not guilty. Steve saved my job, my family and my home.
Tim M- I was charged with DUI and I was not allowed into the ARD Program because the victim was hurt very badly. I felt strongly that I was innocent and Mr. O'Meara agreed. We went to trial and Mr. O'Meara won the case for me.
Personal Injury
Brian G- I was going into a bank and I slipped on a patch of ice on their sidewalk. I was hurt real bad and broke my leg. The bank said it was not their problem. Mr. O'Meara took my case, sued the bank and made it their problem. Mr. O'Meara got all of my medical bills paid and a big settlement for my broken leg.
Laura P- I was hurt in a car accident and we went to see another lawyer. This other attorney never returned our phone calls except to say that there was no insurance. When I told a friend, they convinced me to call Mr. O'Meara. We met with Mr. O'Meara the day after we spoke to him on the phone and within a week Mr. O'Meara found insurance coverage and within 2 months the case was settled.
Felony Charges
Robert S- I was charged with robbery involving a gun and I was looking at years in jail. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Mr. O'Meara took my case and we went to trial. The jury came back with a not guilty verdict. Kudos Mr. O'Meara!
Child Custody and Support
Joe R- I have a son who I was not able to see except every other weekend. I took the case to Mr. O'Meara and I wanted to get full custody. After a 6 month custody battle, Mr. O'Meara won full primary physical custody with my son. After that, we filed for child support and I stopped paying thousands of dollars of child support every year.
License and Suspension
Bob H- Penndot suspended my license until the year 2018. I hired Steve to see if he could clean my license record up. Within a few weeks, he told me I would be getting my license back this August, just a few months after I retained him.
Juvenile
xxxx- I was charged as an adult with armed robbery and theft. My parents hired Mr. O'Meara. He was able to get my case back to juvenile court for trial and he proved that I was not the armed robber. All charges against me were eventually dropped.
